Do I need an appointment?
It helps. Longview takes appointments online through Request Service, and either shop can get you scheduled by phone. Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment means less waiting.

Always. We diagnose first, then give you a written estimate. Nothing gets repaired without your approval.

How do I approve the work?
Both shops send you a digital inspection with photos and notes, and you approve each item from your phone — you can decline anything or approve only part of it. We ask at drop-off how you’d like to handle it; if you’d rather not do it on a phone, an advisor calls and walks you through the same list.
