This policy covers spragginsautorepairtx.com. It describes what this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the type of service you need, which location you prefer, your message, and an optional photo or video of the problem.
We do not ask for payment information anywhere on this website.
What we do with it
A contact form submission is emailed to the shop so someone can answer you. That is the whole purpose. Any photo or video you attach is sent along with that email and is not kept on this website afterward.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. The software the site is built on may set a small number of functional cookies, for example when a staff member signs in to manage the site.
Other services on this site
Two things here are provided by other companies, and their own privacy practices apply when you use them:
- Online booking for our Longview shop is handled by ShopGenie. Anything you enter in that booking window goes to them, then to us.
- The map on our Locations page uses map imagery from OpenStreetMap and CARTO.
Questions, or want your information removed
Call either shop and ask. We will tell you what we have and delete it if you want it gone.
