What we aim for

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not claiming a formal audit or a certification — we are telling you the standard we work to, and asking you to tell us where we fall short of it.

What this site does

• Every page can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and a “skip to content” link means you do not have to tab through the whole menu on each page.
• Anything you can focus with a keyboard shows a visible outline, so you can always see where you are.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, the small animations on this site turn themselves off.
• Text is sized so it keeps working when you zoom in or enlarge type, and the layout reflows down to phone width.
• Addresses and phone numbers are real text, not pictures of text, so a screen reader can read them and a phone can dial them.

Where we depend on others

Our Longview online booking window and the map on our Locations page are provided by other companies, so we do not control how accessible they are. If either one gets in your way, call the shop and we will book you over the phone. That option is always open and it is never worse service.

Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site is hard to use, call either shop and say so. We would rather hear about it than have you give up on it.
